Our Favourite Pinterest Dinner Recipes
Every week I search Pinterest in hopes of some meal plan inspiration. I have encountered a few Pinterest fails, but overall, I have found some amazing recipes along the way. Here are some of my go-to dinner recipes.
This is a family favourite! I love this recipe because it is easy to make, it has only 9 ingredients, and the prep and clean up is minimal. You can make this recipe gluten free by substituting coconut aminos or GF soy sauce for the regular soy sauce. I have been using Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce and it tastes great in this recipe.
I know this recipe isn’t anything special, but the simple spices that Yummy Healthy Easy use in this roast is amazing. It is another crockpot recipe (aka, mommas best friend) because I can’t live without my crockpot, even in the summer! In the past I have struggled with my roasts drying out, but all the moisture from the broth kept the roast nice and juicy.
This stir fry is definitely toddler approved! My son, Elliott, loves the sweet sauce and cooked carrots. If I am on my A game, I will prep the veggies, chicken and sauce during Elliott’s nap so that I can easily toss them into the frying pan at dinner time (and avoid a major hangry meltdown).
Ok, first off, this picture is a lie. Unless you are houdini with rice paper, your wrap will not look like this. Regardless, it still tastes amazing! I originally wanted to try this recipe because I was looking for a light dinner for these hot summer days. I can see myself branching out and trying different rice paper wraps in the future now.
When Miles and I first started to cut out gluten from our diet we really missed having Chinese food. So when I found this recipe, I knew we had to try it. I substituted the noodles for these gluten free ramen noodles (you can purchase them at Costco) and they taste great!
I hope these recipes give you some inspiration too! Leave me a comment if you have some great recipes that I should give a try 😀
